Every now and then, it ain't just the mistakes that shape your view of a business. It's how they handle fixing things. This crew clearly doesn't get what customer satisfaction means. Lower your hopes or you’ll end up let down!

"Poor Customer Service"
Right after I placed my order online, this company called me to let me know they experienced an IT issue and couldn’t get my item to me on time. Oddly enough, the call came from a number in the USA. We came to an agreement that they would send the item later, but honestly, I’m not sure what went down after that. I didn’t get any dispatch updates or further communication following that call. However, I did see a refund for the delivery fee pop up in my bank account. Now, I gotta reach out to the person I sent the hamper to, just to check when it actually got there. I wouldn’t suggest using this company.
